We are a well established family company with over 10 years of experience within the IT sector.  We can provide support, installation and procurement to meet your IT requirements for your home or your small business needs.

We offer small site solution project management, from an initial site visit survey, where we would take the time to discuss your requirements.  We will look after the ordering and delivery of your Hardware and software, and install on site.

We also offer two support options to give you piece of mind and continual support for your IT.  Support on demand is an ad-hoc support agreement, this is charged at our hourly rate.  The second option is out Permanent support Plan, this is will be charged at a regular monthly or quarterly fee, and will cover all support queries, excluding replacement of Hardware and non standard software.

With both the Support on Demand and the Permanent Support Plan, you will be given a unique logon, which will give you access to our automated Call logging system through our website.  You will also receive the emergency Contact number for R&D Solutions Support, for your convenience.

We already have a number of support contracts with small businesses in the corporate sector and with Charitable organisations in the midlands area.
