If you are thinking of upgrading or implementing a new wireless network in you home or office, we can assist with this and any email and internet requirements, from router setup to files sharing between your different PCs’ and sharing printers around your home and office, with our expertise we will find the best solution for your home or small business.

We offer two support options to give you piece of mind and continual support for your IT. Support on demand is an ad-hoc support agreement, this is charged at our hourly rate. The second option is out Permanent support Plan, this is will be charged according to your requirements, on a regular monthly or quarterly basis, and will cover all support queries, excluding replacement of Hardware and non standard software. There is a minimum term of 12 months on the Permanent Support plan.

With both the Support on Demand and the Permanent Support Plan, you will be given a unique logon, which will give you access to our automated Call logging system through our website. You will also receive the emergency Contact number for R&D Solutions Support, for your convenience.

Calls logged to our automated system will be dealt with within our Service Level Agreement (SLA) this will be agreed prior to you signing your Permanent Support Plan Contract, so you will know how long a problem will take to be resolved.

We already have a number of support contracts with small businesses in the corporate sector and with charitable organisations in the midlands area.
